Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. Drivers open Tourlio in their phone browser and log in — nothing to install, nothing to update. A native app for iOS and Android is in the works; it will make photographing receipts steadier, not change what the system does.
What happens if I change a price after I have billed?
Nothing. A released statement is frozen: in October it shows the same figures it showed on 1 September. A price change applies from the month you enter it.
How do my existing drivers and tours get into the system?
We bring your drivers, tours and prices over from your spreadsheets. That is part of the CHF 99.– setup fee, along with us walking you through your first month-end.
How do I cancel?
At the end of the current month, no notice period and no reason needed. Download your statements as PDF and CSV before you go.
