How Tourlio organises your business

Tourlio connects the plan on your desk with what happens in the vehicle and with the statement at the end of the month — one continuous system, shaped around the way the work actually runs.

01 — Dispatch

Who drives which tour, and when?

Set up tours, assign drivers, and see at a glance where next week is still short of someone.

"Tour Nord runs Monday to Friday. Marco is on holiday Thursday" — the conflict sits in the plan, not in your head.

Planning · week 34 Product view to follow
  • Real weekdays, clear warnings A tour does not run every day. If the assignment does not fit the weekdays, Tourlio says so — you can still override it.
  • Individual arrangements apply on their own If a driver has their own rate for a tour, it overrides the standard price — at month-end too, without you remembering.
  • Separated business data Your figures run in a closed area, separated from every other business.

Replaces the evening round of WhatsApp messages to every driver.

02 — Capture

Parcels and receipts come out of the vehicle.

No more collecting slips of paper. Drivers enter their figures and upload photos from their phone as soon as the shift ends.

48 parcels, one fuel receipt, one note: “Main road closed, 40 minutes longer.” All from the same evening.

Capture · Thursday Product view to follow
  • Figures and receipts the same day The driver enters the parcels delivered and photographs the fuel receipt — the same evening, not at the weekend.
  • Corrections stay visible Every later change to a figure is logged, with the time and the name.
  • A direct line For any day the driver can leave a note. It shows up on the statement and cannot be changed afterwards.

Replaces the crumpled tour sheet on a Saturday.

03 — Absences

Sick leave and holidays without the scramble.

Absences live in one place. If a tour is left uncovered, Tourlio tells you.

Marco calls in sick. Thursday’s tour is uncovered — you find out on Monday, not on Thursday.

Absence · week 34 Product view to follow
  • Visible gaps Record a driver as sick and Tourlio checks the plan, warning you if their tour is left uncovered.
  • Medical certificates in view You see the sick days and mark which ones have a certificate on file.

Replaces the sick note lost in the glovebox.

04 — Month-end

From driver data to a finished PDF in three steps.

The recorded tours become a draft statement. Check it, release it, done.

21 days driven in August. Released on 1 September — and in October the figure is still the same.

Statement · August Product view to follow
  • Four pay models Fixed pay, fixed plus variable, commission, or hourly — for the whole business or per driver.
  • Releasing locks it down The draft can be corrected, releasing freezes it. After that no price change touches it.
  • PDF and CSV PDF for the driver, CSV for the Treuhänder (Swiss fiduciary).

Replaces hours of spreadsheet typing on the first weekend of the month.

From your drivers’ side

Three taps, not a training day.

The driver’s view is cut back to what is needed: open it in the phone browser, log in, enter the day, done. Nothing to install, nothing to update. A native app for iOS and Android is being built — it will make photographing receipts steadier, not add to what the system does.

Today’s tour, nothing else.
