Tourlio GmbH was founded in 2025 to get small courier businesses out of spreadsheet planning. We build and run the software ourselves, from Switzerland.

You should stay because the software works, not because you are stuck.

So the CSV export is in every plan and is not tied to giving notice.

No hidden costs

A small business needs to know what it is paying, more than anyone.

So we bill by active drivers, sell no modules on the side, and force no yearly plan.

Focus over feature creep

Software that does everything does nothing well.

So we deliberately build no route optimisation and no invoicing.

Data security and architecture

A straight account of how your business and payroll data are protected — and what we are still working on.

  • Strict data separation Each business is separated from the next in storage. Without a valid business context a query returns nothing; there is technically no quiet fallback to “all businesses”.
  • Receipts outside the database Receipt photos are not held in the database and are reachable only through your business’s secured access.
  • A complete log Corrections to recorded figures are logged — with the time and the name. Nothing disappears unnoticed.
  • Releasing locks it down A released statement is written down as an unchangeable state and is never recalculated later.
  • Roles, not trust A driver sees their own plan and their own entries — never a colleague’s data or statement.
  • Open export The CSV export is available in the settings at any time, not only when you want to leave.
Who is behind Tourlio?

Tourlio is an independent software product of Tourlio GmbH, founded in 2025 and based in Switzerland. We build and run the system ourselves, without outsourcing the core work.

What happens to my business if you disappear?

The CSV export of your driver and statement data is available in the system at any time, in open formats. If the service were ever discontinued, you take every recorded figure into Excel or another system.

Where is my data held?

Who can see my figures?

Nobody but you and the people you give administrator rights to in your business. We access your business only when you authorise us in writing for a specific piece of troubleshooting.

Is Tourlio funded or self-funded?

Entirely self-funded. No investors, no artificial pressure to grow, no decisions taken against the businesses that use the software.
