  • Pay models and deductions

    Fixed or variable pay, for the whole business or differently for individual drivers.

  • Tours and prices

    The system knows the weekdays and ties each assignment to the right rate category.

  • Dispatch

    The schedule shows who drives where, and warns you about conflicts.

  • Capture and receipts

    Counts, expense receipts and notes go into the system straight after the shift.

  • Absences

    Sick leave and holiday in one place, with medical certificates and a warning where a driver is still assigned.

  • Monthly statement

    Frozen PDF statements and a clean CSV export for the Treuhänder (Swiss fiduciary).

Driver app for iOS and Android

Today drivers reach Tourlio through the browser on their phone, and that stays possible. The native app adds a steadier camera for expense and fuel receipts, and it keeps working when the connection drops for a moment on the road.

The same as today in the browser — with a camera that does not give up, and it holds through a dropped connection.
