What the setup covers

The one-off CHF 99.– goes into getting you started. Nobody should spend days finding their way around an empty system — so we set it up, and we stay until the first month-end is done.

    You send us what you have

    Spreadsheets, tables, paper if that is what there is. We tell you beforehand what we need — and nothing beyond that.

    We set your business up

    Drivers, tours, categories and prices are in the system before you log in for the first time. You check it, we correct it.

    Your first month-end, together

    We go through your first monthly statement with you. After that you do it alone — that is the whole point.

Can I try Tourlio before buying?

How are drivers counted?

Anyone scheduled for at least one day in the current month counts. Someone who leaves mid-month still counts for that month, and not after.

Does the administrator take up a driver slot?

Your administrator access is free and does not count. If you drive as well, you take a driver slot — in the daily capture you are a driver like any other.

How can I pay?

Invoice with a QR code, credit card, and TWINT. For yearly billing we invoice once, in advance.

What happens if I go over the driver limit?

Nothing gets blocked. You schedule the extra driver, the next tier applies from the following month — and we tell you before it does.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

The CSV export stays open to you at any time, including for 90 days after you cancel. After that we delete your business entirely.

Ready for statements on time and less office work?
